Both a hit and a miss

The staff was superb! ! Check-in was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options.

The room had a musty odor and the furnishings felt outdated, detracting from the overall experience.

What a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect for attending my son's Airborne graduation, and the cleanliness of the room truly impressed me. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, thanks to the friendly staff who ensured everything was well-stocked. I'm already planning my return trip!

All fine, but underwhelming experience

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield Inn during my recent business trip. The staff was exceptionally attentive, and my check-in was efficient despite my late arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which was appreciated after a long day of work. The breakfast buffet was above average, featuring a good selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and sausages, all of which were well-stocked and fresh.

Some interstate noise was noticeable but manageable.

The indoor pool was a delightful surprise, offering a tranquil escape. The lobby was inviting, filled with bright decor and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing and chatting with family after a long day.

Need more seating in the breakfast area.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

Our stay in the King Room was mostly enjoyable. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, making check-in smooth! The highlight was the breakfast spread—delicious hot waffles were a treat. However, the bathroom had some repair needs that affected our comfort. Keep an eye on that!

I loved the indoor pool and the hot waffles at breakfast! The clean, safe bathroom made our stay even better.

I had a fantastic stay here, with the friendly staff making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived, and the convenient proximity to the Columbus Botanical Garden provided a lovely park view to enjoy during my walks around the city.

i had a great stay at fairfield inn. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when i needed assistance with my reservation. the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after my long days, and the location was super convenient, just off major travel roads. i loved that they served lime-infused iced water in the lobby!

room I was initially given had some issues that needed addressing. Thankfully, they quickly resolved the problems. The breakfast was decent, but I would have liked a bit more variety.
